Temperature control in a greenhouse is vitally important to good growing. Depending on the temperature, your greenhouse may need shading as early as March! A sunny day will see temperatures inside the greenhouse rapidly rise and this can cause damage to your seedlings and cuttings.
With our unique patented design, these sophisticated roof blinds fit securely to the ridge of your Rhino and can be left there permanently. When needed the blinds can be pulled down in a few seconds and clipped securely at the eaves. When not required, release the blind and the spring loaded roller will gently retract it back up to the ridge bar. When in the down position your automatic Rhino roof vents will still happily open and close under the blind.

Delivery

Our Rhino roof blinds still allow the roof vents to fully open even when they’re in use and thanks to how they clip into place, the blinds won’t retract as the vents open.
Having the blinds on the outside of the greenhouse provides superior protection from the heat of the sun. This configuration allows the sun’s rays to be intercepted before they reach the greenhouse glass.
These roof blinds will fit any of our 6ft, 7ft or 8ft wide Rhino greenhouses. We do also have roof blinds for our 9ft, 10ft and 12ft greenhouses.
Delivery to UK Mainland
Rhino Accessories are currently available on an estimated delivery of 5-7 days.
*Clay Grey and Antique Ivory Raised Beds are 2-4 weeks from point of order.
Standalone Rhino accessory orders are despatched from our Rhino factory and delivered via a Mon-Fri carrier service.
Delivery Charges:
Due to the weights and overall size of our items, it costs us alot to deliver around the UK. We didn't want to be cheeky and just add a hidden charge to each item's price when we'd rather be up front with our customers on how much it costs us to deliver.
When in the checkout our delivery charges will be applied to your order. As our carriage is per order, no matter how much you purchase you'll only be charged a maximum of:
Small items - £6 to deliver
(includes items like seedracks, gutter parts, 4ft slatted shelf)
Medium sized items - £19 to deliver
(includes items like 4ft free-standing staging, greenhouse blinds, cold frames)
Large items - £29 to deliver
(includes items like integral staging, glass, large raised beds)
For deliveries to the orange and purple zones shown below our delivery charges are:
Small items - £14 to deliver
Medium sized items - £36 to deliver
Large items - £58 to deliver
Please note that at present we do not offer delivery to NI.
