Rhino Classic Greenhouses

There is strong. There is extra strong. And then there is Rhino strong.

A Rhino Classic may look elegant, but it’s an elegance that hides phenomenal strength. Rather than use one box like most greenhouses, we have to deliver a Rhino Classic in three boxes because it’s so sturdy - the frame has up to 60% more aluminium than standard greenhouses, to give it the strength we want. In testing we’ve added half a tonne of weight to the roof, and the Rhino Classic barely creaked. 

The glass we use is also tough, a full 33% thicker than standard, and with rounded edges for extra safety. It comes in large panes without overlaps, and our unique Rhino glazing system locks it into place with a rubber sealing fin. This means the more the wind blows, the tighter the glass is held in place. 

Storms, heavy snow, stray footballs, falling fruit - none of it bothers a Rhino Classic. You can garden year round with total peace of mind, knowing your plants are completely protected.

Your Rhino Classic where you want it

Every Rhino Classic comes with a heavy box section aluminium integral base that we’ve designed to go straight on to firm, level soil, with plenty of stainless steel anchors to fix it securely in place. As well as giving you the option to grow your plants straight into soil, this has the potential to save you hundreds of pounds as there’s no need to build a slab base to stand it on. Of course, if you already have a hardstanding you want to use, the Rhino Classic will happily sit on there too.

Vital ventilation 

Controlling air flow is so important to growing healthy plants in a greenhouse so we’ve created the Rhino Classic with solar-powered automatic roof vents, and five-blade louvres, to give you far more ventilation than any other greenhouse in its class. This allows the air to circulate - eliminating the humid, stagnant air that encourages disease and can spoil a whole season of gardening.

Saving rainwater 

With climate change bringing hotter, drier weather, capturing every drop of rainwater that falls is important. As standard, the Rhino Classic has downpipes connected to strong gutters built into the eaves, so you can easily collect precious rainwater for your plants.
