When you order a Rhino greenhouse you can opt to pay a 10% deposit. If you choose to pay a 10% deposit, the remaining balance of your order will be due 2 weeks prior to delivery.

No, when you purchase your Rhino greenhouse the price is fixed at that point, whether you opt for delivery in a couple of weeks or 6 months.

No greenhouse is 100% watertight. Some water ingress is likely to occur at specific points such as joints and where the integral base meets the foundation, but this can be reduced with the addition of sillicone and as the structure settles over time.
A small amount of water ingress shouldn't be seen as an issue as any condensation and spilt water will need a way to escape.
Remember, a greenhouse isn't the same construction as a conservatory or similar outbuilding.
